- Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Pack (like this)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1 cup of pumpkin
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (or sub cinnamon)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all and spoon into a greased muffin tin.
Bake approximately 15 minutes.
*I love, love these so much that I have to refrain from eating the entire pan. They’re a Fall tradition in our house. The next time I make I will experiment with adding some protein powder to the mix.
